At the Brindisa Ham Carving School

  • Our Master Carver coaches you, with your knife in hand, in the skilled art of carving 

Lessons take place in the unique setting of our Borough Market Shop.

The lessons cost £85 per person including sherry, bread, oil and olives.

You'll come away with a ham goodie bag, a 10% discount voucher for whole ham purchases, and taste buds singing with the pleasures of Jamón.


Please note: Our shop is in a Market and open to the elements. Please be aware that it is noisy and can become very cold. Wrap up well!
